1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and qr854, an online casino platform operating under international licensing. 3 Account Registration and Management

Any changes to personal information must be updated promptly through the account settings or by contacting the customer support team. qr854 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the User.

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. The account password must be kept confidential at all times and must not be disclosed to any other party. If a User suspects their account has been accessed without authorisation, the qr854 24/7 customer support team must be contacted immediately.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

qr854 accepts deposits via supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, and ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the cryptocurrency equivalent at the current exchange rate.

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method used. No general maximum deposit limit is set, however specific limits may apply depending on the payment method chosen.

• All deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the User. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• qr854 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
• Users confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not connected to any illegal activity.

5 Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal from their account balance at any time, subject to the following requirements which must be fully met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
• Successful account identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any related bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the qr854 account holder.

Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour. Actual processing time may vary depending on verification procedures and the processing time of the third-party payment provider.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

qr854 offers various promotions to members, including a welcome bonus for the first deposit. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated individually. The following conditions apply generally to all bonuses and promotions:

• The qr854 welcome bonus offers 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount.
• For example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering requirement RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• Bonus can only be credited to one account. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

7 Permitted and Prohibited Player Behaviour

qr854 users are required to interact with the platform and other players in an honest, fair, and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Cheating, falsification, or manipulation of games in any form.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal or illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Providing false information or identity fraud during registration or verification.

• The User's own request to close their account for personal reasons.

Once an account is closed due to a violation, qr854 reserves the right to retain the relevant account balance as a remedial measure. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraudulent activity are not entitled to any refund.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our 24/7 customer support team. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

qr854 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the qr854 website. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to ensure they are always aware of the latest amendments.
